Rachel LOVES chocolate. That's the one thing you will know very quickly about her. From the types of chocolate she loves, Darren & I quickly realised that it has to be rich, intense, unadulterated, dark, but also with a whole ton of textures - a crunch, the toasty nutty bursts of hazelnuts, dull crunch of chocolate chips, and an overall fudgey, chewy, solid texture.
